Christopher is a corporate lawyer with 20 years’ experience in international mergers and acquisitions.
Christopher trained and spent the first 18 years of his career with leading international law firm, Clifford Chance LLP based in its London and New York offices. In 2024, Christopher joined the US law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton and Garrison LLP as part of the team establishing its new London office. Christopher’s practice has a particular focus on private equity investors and their portfolio companies and Christopher counts a number of the world’s leading alternative asset managers amongst his clients. He has been recognized as a leading private equity lawyer by many legal publications and directories, including Chambers UK, The Legal 500 UK, Law.com International, IFLR1000, The Lawyer and Private Equity International.
