Dan’s Dream is a beautiful and talented 3-year-old racehorse bred by Hunscote Stud. Thanks to some very generous owners she is racing this year for the charity and any prize money she wins will comes to us.
On Good Friday she ran for the first time this year at Bath racecourse and won very easily netting £4,000 to nsif. She then went to Newbury on the 21st April and won the Dubai Duty Free Stakes and over £30,000!
Our huge thanks go not only to our very generous Trustee Steven Smith of Hunscote Stud, but also to Sir Ian Botham and Sir Gareth Edwards who kindly agreed to be part of the “ownership” team for the year despite all the prize money coming to us. We hope they will at least have great fun watching her run.
Dan’s Dream is trained by ex-England football legend Mick Channon so there are lots of sporting connections and hopefully much to look forward to the rest of the racing year.
